Our aim is to create a social wine club that allows club members to learn about great wines and to meet like minded lovers of fine wine within a relaxed social environment

Terms of Membership

A membership subscription fee payable is $30 per annum per member, renewable in June each year.

Should a member join after December 31, a pro-rata membership subscription of $15 is payable

Membership subscription allows club members to enjoy club nights at a discounted rate as set by the committee, along with any other descretionary offers available only to club members.

In accepting membership, members agree that club member details can be used by Tasters Papamoa Wine Club for the purpose of keeping members informed of monthly club meetings, plus provide any other relevant club information, and allow members to take advantage of any specials offered to the club.

The club will not provide members details to any other party without permission.

In joining Tasters Club (Papamoa) I agree to adhere to all
rules and decisions set by the committee and the clubs Bylaws.

Do We Have To Be A Member To Attend?

Not as yet ! Once we have a membership of 80, we will be limiting attendance to members and guests of members only. After 2 attendances, we require that you to consider joining the club. The Door Fee for non members is $20. Members only pay $15 per meeting

Do You Have To Book A Table or Seat?

Yes..Bookings are essential at least 2 days prior to our Wednesday Meeting. Door fees pay for finger food and up to 6 wine tastings. Please phone Frank 07 5722159 or Patrick 07 5424202 to book your seat

What Happens If I Don't Show After Confirming?

The club is not for profit. It has to commit to advising and paying for all confirmed registrations to the restaurant venue. If you have confirmed your attendance, you will be obliged to pay your entry fee. Those who don't show after saying they will will be obliged to pay this at their next attendance. The club cannot fund any "no shows", so please prioritise attendance if you have registered a seat for the night.

Meeting Times

6:30pm on the 4th Wednesday of each month. Our Venue, The Bluebiyou Restaurant, offers a happy hour for the club from 5:30, with $2 off all drinks ordered

What Are The Membership Fees

12 Months Membership fees are $30. This allows you to come along to club nights for $15. If you bring a friend, please let us know and we will book then in. A friend attending with a member costs $20 payable at the door
